He was predeceased by: his father Leslie Bowen; and his siblings, Rosalyn Thompson, Betty Kiehl (Jack) and Raymond Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Nelson; his daughter Shari Blonde (Justin Boyl); his grandchildren, Quentin Blonde (Meredith Carpenter) and Courtney Blonde; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Wesley, Brennen and Faith Boyl; his brothers, Theodore Nelson (Karen) and Dale Nelson (Diana); and his siblings-in-law, Sally Boyne (Don Rich), Connie Harrison (Ed) and Ralph Chappel (Colinda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
