He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wagner and Nora Wagner (Nickerson). He is survived by: his wife Kay Ann (Nash); and his children, William Wagner (Terri) of Mooreland, Indiana, Thomas Wagner of Houston and Gerald Wagner (Kim) of Chelsea, Michigan. He is also survived by 8 grand children and 2 great-grandchildren.
