He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl K. Weaver and Ruth M. Weaver (Harrington); his siblings, Sam Weaver, John Weaver, Marcia L. Ake and Patricia Powelson (Pat); his daughter Maureen R.; and his granddaughter Sherri L. Pickard.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Weaver; his daughter Judy L. Weaver-Pickard of Kingsley, Mi.; and his siblings, Carol Jean Ackels of Ithaca, Carolyn Beneke (Ralph) of Niles, MI, Elaine Putney of Benzonia, MI, Catherine Leckrone of Copemish, MI and Du Wayne Weaver (Jean) of Traverse City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty five great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephew, and multiple great nieces and nephews.
