She was predeceased by: her parent Albany Whitford; her husband Thomas; her siblings, Jack Whitford, Gertie Gohl and Carol Orso; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Forcey and Ethel Lidbeck.
She is survived by: her parent Lottie Whitford (Trethewey); her children, Kathy Trulock (Robert) of Kingsford, Roy Hicks (Jeann) of Hancock, MI and Gary Hicks of Ishpeming; her grandchildren, Mark Trulock (Becky) of Kingsford, Kim Phillips (Mike) of Niagara, Shane Trulock (Kerstin) of Kingsford, Clint Trulock of Kingsford, Jennifer Hicks of Niagara, Michele LaCourt (Steve) of Hancock, Tom Hicks (Tonya) of Painesdale, MI and Allen Hicks of Sturgeon Bay, WI; and her siblings-in-law, Merlin Hicks, Gordon Hicks and Carol Bates (Tom) of Kingsford. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her memory.
