He is survived by: his wife Terese Langsford Higgins; his children, James Higgins (Pam) of Rothschild and Kelly Snitgen (James) of Green Bay, Wisc.; his grandchildren, Jacob Snitgen, Autumn Snitgen, Evan Higgins and Eric Van Laarhoven (Jacque); his great grandchildren, Everett, Addalyn, Bennett and Linsley; his stepchildren, Sean Hudson (Jennifer) of Quinnesec, Mich and Paul Hudson (Brenda) of Ashwaubenon, Wisc.; his stepgrandchildren, Jaeden Hudson, Jaron Hudson (Kayla), Janak Hudson, Jaecer Hudson, Jaivas Hudson, Jaricho Hudson, Skyler Hudson and Kayla Annen (Steve); and his caregiver Sue. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
