It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne H. Kangas (Kingsford, Michigan), born in Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sulo Kangas and Aili Kangas (Olgren); his brother Arthur Kangas; and his brother-in-law Leroy Salmio. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Kangas (Manier); his children, Jason Kangas (Jodi) of Iron Mountain and Michelle Sampson (Joshua) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Reece, Oskar Kangas, Jesse and Emma Sampson; and his siblings, Edward Kangas (Debra), Eadie Salmio and Dorthy Hauta Kangas. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
