He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mattson and Julia Mattson (Pepara); his wife Fanny Morris; and his siblings, Carol Wickman (Jerry), Laurence Mattson, John Mattson, Donald and Ronald Wicklund.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Kay Mattson, Renee Wicklund, Ruth Ann Wicklund and Frank Morris, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church in Felch.
