It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Mathena (Kingsford, Michigan), born in Barberton, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hildreth and Freda Hildreth (Shaffer); and her husband Donald Mathena. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Mathena (Peggy), Wis, Guy Mathena, Dale Ford, Mich, Jimmy (Cheryl), Suzanne Kortenber (Danny) and Mary Jo Barron (Mack); and her half-sister Cindy Lucas. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
