She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schultz and Lillian Schultz (Johnson); her husband John Hoffman; her son John; her brothers, Ronald Schultz and Robert "Butch" Schultz; her granddaughter-in-law Sarah Hoffman; and her great grandchild Grant Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Hoffman (Beth) of Channing and Amy Hoffman of Carney; her daughter-in-law Barb Hoffman of Channing; her grandchildren, Matthew Hoffman (Shelly), Katie Wuensch (George), Jolene Kramer (Kurt), Mike Hoffman (Terra), Jenny Roell (Todd) and Laurie Knoll (Alex); and her nephew Tim Hoffman. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
