He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis "Jake" and Ada Lorraine Adams; and his sister Diane Adams. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cheryl Johnson; and his siblings, Robert Adams, Ryan Adams, Mary Eutizi (Joe), Sharon Adams, Ada Cespedes and Jill Matzen (Lee). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; and twenty-one great-nieces and nephews.
