She was predeceased by: her parents, August Pembrook and Grace Van Pembrook (Radcliffe); her siblings, Bill VanPembrook (Toni) and Janie VandeCasteele; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Baravetto (Lola) and James Baravetto.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Baravetto; her children, Mark Baravetto (Deb), Tina Kassin (Carl) and Lisa Blomquist (Mark); her grandchildren, Shawn Baravetto (Rachel McBee), Brittany Mack (Benett), Dylan Bailey (Chelsey LaTender), Chelsae Bailey, Michelle Sharp (Sam), Joe Kassin, Russ Kassin (Joy), Marcus Blomquist (Jeremias Rodriguez), Kyle Blomquist (Meg), Jamie Jahnke (Joe) and Brody Blomquist; her sister Bonnie Caviani (Bill); and her brother-in-law Hank VandeCastelle. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patricia's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
