He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Tripp; and his wife Kathleen Tripp. He is survived by: his children, Eric Tripp (Kay), Crystal Grandahl (Robert) and Traci Garlitz (James Mathew); his grandchildren, Mara Tripp, Molly Tripp, Stephanie, Tom Zellner, Garrett, Cassie Gollakner, Sydney Garlitz, Alana Garlitz, Cody Porath and Courtney Grandahl; his great grandchildren, Wynston Zellner, Shaunee Zellner, Piper Zellner, Finley Zellner, Hudson Zellner, Avery Porath, Maverick Porath and Henry Gollakner; his sisters, Sheri Liesch (Keith), Shelly Brown (David) and Kim Dommer; his godchildren, Billy Tripp (Tammy), Shaun Liesch (Kirstin), Nathaniel Jones (Kelly) and Britney Groeneveld (Jacob); and his extended family, Joe Tripp (Linda), Donald Tripp (Jackie), Cindy Rudd (Ken), Suzanne McMahon, Bonnie Tarsi (Dion), Sally Deau (Dan) and Marijane Tripp.
