It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie G. Gering Jr. of Kingsford, Michigan, born in Oconto, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Sr. Gering and Muriel Gering (Frewerd); his wife Rose; and his parents-in-law, Ray and Mary Yaggie.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Servia (Steve) of Kingsford, Jim Gering (Donna) of Ironwood and Keith Gering (Jessica) of Green Bay; his sister Bev Gregg of Menominee; his grandchildren, Megan Scott (Russell), Erika Clements (Dale), Kyle Pirlot (Bre), Ethan Servia, Michael Gering (Haley), Jessica Gering (Derrick), Ali Gering, Connor Gering, Brayden Gering and Lily Gering; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Katelynn, Wyett, Cassidey, Charlotte and Ellouise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
