He is survived by: his wife Sharon Chick (Bjorkman); his brother David Chick (Margie); his children, Lieutenant Commander Lawrence J. "Sonny" Chick (Michelle), Michelle Berger (Tony), Beth Johnson, Scott Johnson, Susan Strang (Bob), Allen Bjorkman (Tina) and Amy Jo Rettler (Peter); and his grandchildren, Lawrence D., Ashly Chick, Samantha Chick, Aaron Chick, Ben Johnson, Daniel Rettler, Kevin St (Brooke), Bobbie Jean Huerth (Jon), Kristi St. Arnauld, Candace Rogers (John), Dustin Bjorkman (Kenzie), Tanya Carter, Tiffany Thorland and Tyler Thorland. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
