He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bruce Osterberg, Robert Osterberg and Lindes Hicks; and his siblings-in-law, Frank LePine, Walter Dewey, Phyllis Osterberg Smith and Helen Osterberg.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Illene Zoppetti (John), Linda Vogel (Warren) and Nancy Osterberg (John Roberts); his grandchildren, Daniel Zoppetti (Ashley) and Katie Dahlman (Timothy); his great grandchildren, Madelyn Zoppetti, Azalea Dahlman and Juniper Dahlman; his siblings, Lois LePine, Gary Osterberg (Marie), William "Pete" Osterberg (Helen), Frederick "Fritz" Osterberg (Bonnie), JoAnn Zelm (Merlin), Donna Dewey, Sandra Hedmark (Robert) and Randy Osterberg (Karlyn); and his brother-in-law Gordon Hicks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Aurora Free Church or Gideons International.
