He was predeceased by: his uncle Eero Kesti; his cousins, June and Bruce; his father John Ernest Lahti Sr.; and his friend Smoke.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bob Weber (Mary Beth Weber); his wife Linda Lahti (Nelson); his sister-in-law Mary Beth; his nephew Jim Weber; his brother-in-law Fred Antonissen; his nephew Robert; and his niece Kristi. He is also survived by many cousins, very special church friends, and coworkers.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Balsam Street Christian Church (324 N Balsam St, Kingsford, MI 49802). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
