He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena A. Juidici (Tasson) and John J. Juidici. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Mattson; his sons, Brad Juidici (Mylea) of Greenville, WI and Scott Juidici (Erin) of Hibbing, MN; his grandchildren, Sidney Geary (Sawyer), Shelby Juidici, Samuel Juidici, Cooper Juidici, Giana Juidici and Brady Juidici; and his siblings, JoAnn DeVold (Norman) and Joseph Juidici (Yvonne). He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in John's name.
