He is survived by: his former wife Joan Miller; his wife Joanie; his sons, Jim Bittinger Jr. (Carol), Duluth, Minn, Andy Bittinger (Denise), Mich and John Bittinger (Betsy); his sisters, Virginia Schlensker (John) of Hamilton, Ohio and Linda Tettenhorst (Bill) of Hamilton, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Patsy Bettendorf (Bob) and Bebe Finn (John); his grandchildren, Sara Marciniak (Matt), Patrick Bittinger, Lauren Bittinger, Erica Bittinger, Brooke Bittinger and Megan Bittinger; and his great grandchildren, Josephine and Finley Marciniak.
