He is survived by: his sons, Hank DeClark Jr. and Rodney DeClark; his grandchildren, Brandon Rouse, Steven Clement, Brent Clement, Tylee DeClark, Dakota DeClark, Montana DeClark and Carlee DeClark; his great grandchildren, Brandon Clement, Kyler Rouse, Siiri Rouse, Sierra Phillips, Carter Clement, Nevaeh Clement, Maci Clement and Weston Henry Sanders; and his sisters, La Verne Tramontin, Donna Cumber (Al) and Phyllis DeClark.
