He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Wesley and Olive Leota Thayer (McDonald); and his brother Theron Thayer. He is survived by: his wife Annette Rose Thayer; his daughters, Debra Bartnikowski (Ray), Donnette Salczenko (Fred) and Denise Thayer; and his grandchildren, Lisa Thoune (Paul), Michael Salczenko (Sarah Clawson), Christie Fleming, Raymond Bartnikowski, Jennifer Bartnikowski and Nicole Grinnell (Josh). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
