She was predeceased by: her parents, Ettore Bongi and Delmira Bongi (Carpenetti); her former husband Carl J. Kassin; her siblings, Josephine Lubivich, Genevieve Wall, Orlando, Louis and David Bongi; her nieces, Marilee Plowers and Nettie Dierkens; and her nephew Eddie Dierkens.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Bouchard; her children, Daniel Lomax (Debra), Delmira Axberg (Douglas), Carl Kassin (Tina), Mary Ann Perron (Ron) and Viola Axberg (Ron); her grandchildren, Tammy Chilman (William), Daniel Lomax (Jodi), Kelly Poupore (Jason), Scott Evosevich (Erin), Paul Axberg (Amy), Kristin Bashaw (Lance), Michelle Sharp (Sam), Joseph Kassin, Russell Kassin (Joy), Chelsae Bailey, Dylan Bailey, Del Powell (Missy), Kayla Perron, Aimee Walker (Chris), Amanda Perron, Daniel Axberg (Lisa) and Angelena Axberg; her sisters, Isabel Dierkens and Mary Chartier Irishas; and her close friends, Ann Matthews and Barb Bitter. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
