It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris E. Schuirmann of Kingsford, Michigan, born in Fence, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thomas and Katherine Thomas (Moller); and her children, David Schuirmann and Donna Barribeau. She is survived by: her children, Steve Schuirmann (Sally) of Munising, Vickie Forstrom (Guy) of Quinnesec, Vonnie Nessinger (Rick) of Kingsford, Denise Michaud (Ron) of Felch, Charlene Swenski (Ed) of Iron River, Sherri McBride (Donald) of Quinnesec and Mary Stamper (Gary) of Quinnesec; her son-in-law LeRoy "Paco" Barribeau of Quinnesec; and her siblings, Patrick Thomas of Armstrong Creek, Walter Thomas (Doris) of Norway and Verna Moddie of Armstrong Creek. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
