She is survived by: her children, Paula Forstrom (Doug) of Felch, MI, Shari Herout (Troy) of Hugo, MN, Drew Bates (Kathy) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and David Bates (Kirstin) of Neenah, WI; and her grandchildren, Sarah Schuiteman (Josh), Gunnar Forstrom, Lauren, Gretchen Herout, Brittany, Brett Bates, Grant, Morgan, Logan and Brinley Bates.
