It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Larson of Kingsford, Michigan, born in Harvey, Illinois, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nelson and Lula Nelson (Troutman); her husband Jack Larson; her son John; and her pet Raisin.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Kristopher Larson (Joshua) of Monticello, IN and Daniel Krug of Monticello, IN; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Malena, Micah, Zander and Gianna Larson; her daughter-in-law Linda Montet; her niece Patricia Richmond; her caregiver Anna Forstrom; and her close friend Diane McGinnis.
