It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Alleva (Kingsford, Michigan), born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Alleva and Edith Alleva (Wright); his wife Katherine Cunningham; his daughter Debby Mott; his siblings, Helen, Maybel, Marion, Albert, Eugene and Raymond Alleva; and his close friend Geri Pirlot.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Nelson (Don) of Iron Mountain and Rhonda Alleva-Singletary of Kingsford; his brothers, Marvin Alleva (Margie) of Iron Mountain, Arthur Alleva (Jill) of Kingsford and Allan Alleva of Kingsford; and his grandchildren, Sherri Porath (Harvey), Michelle Backlund (Jeff), Lynn Mott, Tom Mott (Carissa), Lisa Gregg (Rob) and Michael Singletary. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dickinson County Cancer Unit Loan Closet.
