She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Johns and Frances Johns (Valentine); her husband David; her siblings, Walter Johns, Wilfred Johns, William "Billie" Johns and Marian Oglesby; her daughter-in-law Billie Jo Hooper; and her niece Joanne Johns.
She is survived by: her children, David Machus (Gail) of Breitung Twp, James Machus (Lori) of Kingsford, Linda Alquist (Terry) of Breitung Twp, John Machus of Kingsford, Teresa Wickman (Dean) of Rockton, IL and Kristine Johnson of Breitung Twp; her siblings, Alvin Johns (Carol) of Negaunee, Dorothy Kempka of Mukwonago, WI and Carolyn Pilon (Leo) of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Russell Dumais, Bradley Machus (Halle), Kimberly Machus, Mark Machus, Jordan Wickman (Julia), Jade Wickman (Josh Gauthier), Paul Johnson (Maggie Zimmerman), Matthew Johnson and Megan Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Luke Machus, Kaden Dumais, Archer Machus and Benjamin Machus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Martyr's Church.
