He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polega and Mary Polega (Andreski); and his brother-in-law Paul Pawlowski. He is survived by: his sister Betty Pawlowski; his niece Karen Roggenbuck (Eric); his nephews, Timothy and Brian Pawlowski (Tricia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cynthia, Jason, Lara (Kent), Derek (Melanie), Nicholas, Kathryn (Chet), Jeremy (Hannah), Jennifer, Sheridan (Matthew) and Kendall.
