He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Piotter and Margaret Piotter (Dahlke); and his siblings, Harold (Jean), Elvera Lawitzke (Vernor), Laura Piotter, Rena Piotter, Darell and Everald (Shirley).
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Yerke of John's Lutheran Church; his sons, Mark Piotter of Kinde and Robert Piotter (Vivian) of Casper, WY; his grandchildren, Katie (Jacob), Sarah (Nick), Tyler and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Caleb, Gwendolyn, Emmett, Ava and Isla; and his sisters-in-law, Sandi Piotter and Shirley Phair.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (4521 Main St, Port Hope, MI 48468).
