He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heilig and Margaret Heilig (Oswald); and his siblings, Paul, Nona, Clarence, Marcus, Gertrude, Ralph, Genevieve, Bernard, Benjamin, Margaret, William, Winifred, Harold and Regina.
He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Stewart, Beatrice Drake, Wilfred Heilig, Gerald Heilig, Jeanette Heilig and Lucille Hintz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
