He is survived by: his father Robert Burkett; his wife Treasa; his children, Mike Jr., Tyler (Stephanie), April Kula (Jerry) and Trisha Gutkowski (Luke); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Lance, Blake, Trinady, Khily and Dainen; and his siblings, Timothy Burkett and Annemarie Sokalski (Danny) of Elkton.
