She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hamilton and Cecile Hamilton; her husband William "Bill" A. Halifax, Jr.; her brothers, Francis and John Hamilton (Maxine); and her son-in-law Derk Bosch.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Halifax of Muskegon, MI, Shirley Roskoski (Harold) of Shawnee Hills, OH, Christine Minguski (Douglas) of Novi, MI, William Halifax III (Susan) of Douglasville, GA, Sherry Campbell (Jeffery) of Marysville, MI, Paula Halifax of Kansas City, MO and Kiyoko Nishino; her grandchildren, LaJuan Larkin (Abigail), Charles Crandall (Hillary), Cayla Crandall (Stephen Archambault), Corey Roskoski (Rebecca Myers), Caitlin Roskoski, Chelsea Bowers (Austin), Lauren Danner (Johnnie), Brenden Campbell and Breanna Campbell; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Aiden Bowers, Josie, Izzie Larkin, Henry, Axton Crandall, McKenzie, William Danner and Claire Roskoski; her sister-in-law Carolyn Hamilton; and her caregiver Bonika Surline.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM at the Marysville Funeral Home (1200 Michigan Ave, Marysville, MI 48040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
