He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Small and Zilpha Small; and his son James Small. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Neiman; his daughters, Melissa Small and Laura Small (Christian Vespa); his grandchildren, Anastasia, Donald (D. J.) and Ruby Sullivan; and his siblings, Barbara Taylor, Steven Small (Sharon), Joanne Small, Raymond Small (Mary), Mary Vazquez (Ed), Helen Lump, Robert Small (Carlene) and Kathy Hascall (Clare). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
