He is survived by: his children, Lisa Montroy, Wayne Montroy, Lori Montroy and Lana Malkowski; his girlfriend Pearl; his grandchildren, Lori Ann Melzer, Nathan Burkholder, Sabrina Williams and Travis Williams; and his siblings, Fred LaFave (Betty) and Lois Mashainski (Dennis). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
