She is survived by: her husband Bassem Karadsheh; her children, Tamer Karadsheh (Gabriella), Renee Karadsheh, Donna Karadsheh and Johnny Karadsheh; her grandchildren, Nadia, Amalia and Elisabetta Karadsheh; and her siblings, Marwan, Walid, Salem and Sawsan Karadsheh.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Saint Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church, 2250 E Paris Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546, a place that held a special place in Wafa's heart.
