Louise Posthuma Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louise Posthuma of Kentwood, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Millard. She is survived by: her children, Richard Posthuma (Debra MacGregor), Jane Fleck (Michael) and Carole Neve (Scott); her grandchildren, Angela Hoogeveen, Noah Posthuma, Rachelle Cooper, Scott Neve II, Ariane Hedlund and Rachel Braspenninx; her great grandchildren, Christina Neve, Coda Valentine, Grace Hedlund and Michael Hedlund; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene Rose and Regina DeKuiper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (8436 Kraft Ave SE, Caledonia, MI 49316).
Contributions in memory of Louise may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church or St. Paul Lutheran Church.
