He was predeceased by: his son-in-law John Wiggers; his brothers, Donald Lowing and David Lowing; and his brother-in-law LaVerne Umlor. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Timothy Lowing and Tina Wiggers; his grandchildren, Alyssa Wiggers, Zachary Wiggers, Lucas and Kaylee Wiggers; his great grandchild Lake John Rader; his siblings, Leeanne (Eugene Kluting), Leslie (Warren Steinhaus), Juanita Zahrt and Ken (Diane Hall); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Lowing and Joan Umlor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
