He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Richard" Wolters and Adelaide Wolters (Oetman); and his wife Maxine Wolters. He is survived by: his children, Richard Wolters (Eileen), Daniel Wolters (Leticia), Anthony Wolters, Dawn Helsing Wolters and Amy Anderson (Jim); and his siblings, Ruth Dannenberg (Ken), Lois Oosterbaan (Gerb) and John Wolters (Sharon). He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
