It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Marge Gemmen of Kentwood, Michigan, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ardell; her parents, John Beerthuis and Grace Beerthuis; and her siblings, Kathleen Brummel (Floyd) and Henry Beerthuis (Lorraine).
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Gemmen (Tim Haisma); her brother Arend Beerthuis (Barbara); her in-laws, Lois Schreur, Harvis Gemmen (Eunice), Bonnie LePoire (Henry), Bob Gemmen (Sandy), Terry Gemmen (Betty) and Mary Ohlmann; and her niece Mary Freehauf.
