He was predeceased by: his sister Jill Toth. He is survived by: his children, Trisha Olree (Christopher) and Darby Guikema; his parents, Ed Guikema and Carole Guikema; and his sister Jodi Joldersma (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
