She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her granddaughter Kyle Petrlich; her brothers, George Emerick, Dave Emerick and John Emerick; and her siblings-in-law, Chris Emerick and Bernard Kapuscinski.
She is survived by: her children, Marie (Dave Schultz), Karen Kahl, Joan (Barney Nefcy), Paul J. Petrlich and Patrick (Amy Petrlich); her grandchildren, Katie, Jacob Sanders, Hannah Schultz, Heather, Patrick Bishop, Ronnie, Jenny Kahl, Justin Kahl, Shane Kahl, Patrick Nefcy, Laura Martinez, Megan Nefcy (Joey Russel), Max Petrlich (Vanna Grace), Nicholas Petrlich, Kira Petrlich, Griffin, Natalie Petrlich and Mitchell Petrlich; her great grandchildren, Lainey Kahl, Kyle Sanders, Hailey Sanders, Teddy Bishop and Lily Bishop; her siblings, Joseph (Gerry Emerick) and Ann Kapuscinski; and her sister-in-law Nancy Emerick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (1253 52nd St SE, Kentwood, MI 49508). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
