He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Watson and Grace E. Watson; his nieces, Charis Watson and Chelsey Shirley (Janose); and his great-niece Murphy Peters.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles H. Watson (Adrian), Jeanne L. Rhymer (Lloyd), Laretha J. Janose (Mark) and Yvonne M. VandeKieft. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Meals on Wheels or a local animal shelter.
