He is survived by: his wife Barb Miltibarger; his son Russell Miltibarger (Deborah); his sister-in-law Shirley Miltibarger; his niece Deborah Miltibarger; and his grandchildren, Chad, Paul, Amber, Alexis and Jasmine.
