John Byma Sr. Obituary
The world bids farewell to John Byma Sr. of Kent City, Michigan, departing on March 27, 2025 at the age of 90. John leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rijkele Byma and Aukje Byma; his wife Patricia; and his sisters, Antje, Baukje and Hobbien.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Byma (Kathy), John Jr. Byma (Debra), Henry Byma (Carla), Peter Byma (Cheri) and Joyce Byma (Kevin McLaughlin); and his siblings, Henry, Bonni and Tien.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grant Christian Reformed Church (13110 Poplar Ave, Grant, MI 49327). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
