It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Houseman (Kent City, Michigan), who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Jim Houseman; his great grandchild Gracie Beth Houseman; his parents, George Houseman and Helen Houseman; and his siblings, Eleanor Doremire, John Houseman, Ed Houseman, Virgil Houseman (Yogi), Raymond Houseman and Bob Houseman.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Houseman (Edsall); his sisters, Julia Bradfield and Rita Weinert; his sons, Bruce Houseman (Sue) and Jeff Houseman (Kellie); his daughter-in-law Sandy Houseman; and his grandchildren, Luke Houseman (Amanda), Nate Houseman (Allie), Mike Houseman (Brittney), Erin Warman (Jesse), Alex Stipetich (Scott), Halle Mash (Charles), Megan Houseman and Mackenzie Houseman. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
