She was predeceased by: her children, Deborah Waranica (Debbie) and John Waranica; and her sister Gloria Nalbach (Malinski). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Waranica; her daughter Colleen Pikaart; her granddaughter Sydney Houseman (Tyler); and her siblings, John Malinski (Charmaine), Mary Jo Nyenhuis (Ken) and Katherine Fischer (Martin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Bissell Pet Foundation.
