It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardythe Elaine Grundy of Kent City, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Scherpenisse and Evelyn Scherpenisse (Schestag); her son Jeffrey Grundy; her sister Carol Parker; and her siblings-in-law, Ken and Renee Grundy.
She is survived by: her children, Shel McIntyre (Micah), Rachel Collins (Tim) and Matthew Grundy (Tricia); her grandchildren, Michael Earley, Brandon Collins, Cole Ferguson, Mason Ferguson, Andrea Lazoski (Travis) and Nicole Scott (Brad); her great grandchildren, Lexi, Keira, Ava, Karter, Hudson, Charleigh and Arya; and her stepsister Peggy Buelow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
