He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Carnahan and Madeline Carnahan. He is survived by: his wife Anna A. Peterson; his children, Timothy Carnahan (Martha), Kevin Carnahan (Chris), Daniel Carnahan (Heather), Kathleen Hall (Skip), Leo Patrick Carnahan (Judy) and Elizabeth Fox (Tom); and his siblings, Anna Brown, Michael Carnahan (Betsy), David Carnahan, Madeline Wilson, Dennis Carnahan (Mary) and Steven Carnahan (Kay). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren.
