He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Ratajczak; his daughters, Maria Paquette (Aaron), Kristina Epstein (Aaron), Monica Ratajczak (Trevor Sipple) and Amanda Ratajczak; his granddaughters, Morgan, Lilly, Vivian, Elizabeth and Alana; his brothers, Gregor (Michelle) and Mark; and his nieces, Nicole, Rachel and Veronica.
