He is survived by: his spouse Kitrina Van Meter (Castle); his daughters, Tina Wahl (Bob) and Cindy Long (Jeff); his grandchildren, Logan Reynolds, Paige Reynolds, Gwyn Reynolds, Nicholas (Hannah) and Peyton Long; his sisters, Judith Van Meter (Grace Marlowe) and Susie Van Meter; and his friend Robin Hoisington.

Memorial contributions suggested to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Memory of Mike.
