He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas H Monroe and Evelyn Monroe (Schilnk); his daughter Amanda Tippett (Todd); his granddaughters, Isabella Tippett of Three Rivers, MI. and Adilynn Tippett of Three Rivers, MI.; and his siblings, Marlene Kowalski (Stanley), Susan Reinhardt (Philip), Michael Monroe and James Monroe.
